At AxeHouseCraft, we aim to provide a clear, transparent, and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how our orders are processed, produced, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept the processing, production, and shipping timelines described below.

1. On-Demand Production

Most of our diamond paintings are produced on demand.

This means that when an order is placed, the item is not necessarily already in stock. After the order is received and processed, it may be submitted to our supplier and enter production specifically for that customer.

Unless clearly marked as Ready to Ship, diamond paintings are usually produced on demand and shipped from our supplier in China, referred to on our website as our China Warehouse.

Products marked as Ready to Ship are handled separately from our China Warehouse products, as they are already in stock with AxeHouseCraft in Portugal and can therefore be dispatched faster.

2. 24-Hour Order Review Window

After payment confirmation, customers have a 24-hour window to request changes or cancellation of their order.

During this 24-hour period, we may be able to cancel or modify the order without issue.

After this window has passed, the order may be submitted to our supplier at any time. Once the order has been confirmed with our supplier and/or entered production, cancellations, refunds, or changes are no longer guaranteed and may not be possible.

3. Production & Processing Times

For on-demand diamond paintings from our China Warehouse, production and preparation usually take up to 7 business days after the order has been confirmed with our supplier.

This includes supplier processing, production preparation, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch preparation.

During busy periods, public holidays, supplier delays, or high-demand seasons, this stage may take longer.

4. Shipping from China Warehouse

Unless clearly marked as Ready to Ship, our diamond paintings are produced on demand and shipped directly from our supplier in China, referred to on our website as our China Warehouse.

For China Warehouse orders, standard shipping is usually offered as Free Shipping.

Customers may also have the option to choose Fast Shipping at checkout. The cost and estimated delivery time for Fast Shipping will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.

Once production and preparation are complete, estimated transit time may vary depending on the destination country, shipping method selected, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

The average total timeframe for most China Warehouse orders is usually between 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, customs checks, carrier delays, public holidays, logistical issues, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or local delivery disruptions.

5. Ready to Ship Products

Products clearly marked as Ready to Ship are already in stock and are shipped directly by AxeHouseCraft from Portugal.

Because these products are already available with us, they can be dispatched faster than on-demand products from the China Warehouse.

Ready to Ship products are usually dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation, depending on order volume.

Ready to Ship products may have different shipping costs and delivery times depending on the destination country and carrier. These costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

6. Order Confirmation & Dispatch Emails

Customers will receive an email when their order is confirmed and payment is processed.

A separate dispatch email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Please note that not receiving a dispatch email immediately after purchase does not mean the order has not been processed. On-demand products require production and preparation before shipping.

7. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent by email as soon as it becomes available.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier, destination country, and tracking system.

8. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping methods and costs may vary depending on the product type, destination country, and selected shipping option.

For China Warehouse diamond paintings, standard shipping is usually offered as Free Shipping. If available, Fast Shipping can be selected at checkout, where the price and estimated delivery time will be shown before payment.

For Ready to Ship products, shipping costs may differ because these items are shipped directly from Portugal by AxeHouseCraft. The available shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.

9. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

AxeHouseCraft is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local import procedures.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

AxeHouseCraft is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including supplier delays, production delays, carrier delays, customs delays, public holidays, strikes, adverse weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or local delivery issues.

We will always do our best to assist customers and provide available tracking updates when possible.

11. Shipping Issues

If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
