✨ Is it hard for beginners?
Not at all! Diamond painting is a relaxing and beginner-friendly craft. If you're just starting out, we recommend choosing a 30×30 cm design or one of our Mini Sets.
💎 Are your diamonds resin?
Our square diamonds are made from high-quality resin, while our round diamonds are made from acrylic. Both offer beautiful colours and a sparkling finish.
💎 Can I choose round or square drills?
Most of our designs are available in both options. You can select your preferred drill shape on the product page. Any exceptions will be clearly indicated.
✨ Do your kits include special diamonds?
Many of our kits feature special diamonds, such as AB, Fairy Dust, Glow or Crystal drills. When included, these will be listed in the product description.
📦 Are your Diamond Painting Kits made to order?
Yes! Our standard Diamond Painting Kits are made to order.
This means your kit enters production only after you place your order. Each canvas is specially produced and prepared for you by our production partner in China.
⏳ When will I receive my order?
As our kits are made to order, estimated delivery usually takes 2–6 weeks from the date of purchase.
This timeframe includes both production and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, production requirements, customs and carrier delays.
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
📦 Does "Only X Left" mean the kit is ready to ship?
No. A low-stock notice does not mean the kit is already produced or available for immediate dispatch.
Unless a product is specifically labelled Ready to Ship, our standard made-to-order process and delivery timeframe apply.

Our standard kits are produced on demand, meaning production begins only after your order has been placed.
Although AxeHouseCraft is based in Portugal, our kits are produced, carefully prepared and shipped directly to customers by our specialised production and fulfillment partner in China.

This includes:
- Production and preparation of your Diamond Painting Kit.
- Packaging and order processing.
- International shipping to your address.
Many orders arrive sooner, but delivery times can vary depending on production requirements, your location, customs procedures and carrier delays.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations, subject to your applicable legal rights.
Products made to individual customer specifications or clearly personalised may be subject to different cancellation and return conditions where permitted by law.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect due to an error on our part, we'll work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost where required.
