✨ Is it hard for beginners?
Not at all! Our diamond paintings are beginner-friendly and relaxing to create. If it’s your first time, we recommend starting with a 30x30cm design or one of our Mini Sets to get comfortable.
💎 Are your diamonds resin?
Our square diamonds are made from high-quality resin, while our round diamonds are made from acrylic. Both are selected for their shine, colour clarity and beautiful finish.
💎 Can I choose round or square drills?
Most of our diamond paintings are available in both square and round drill options, so you can choose your favourite when ordering. In rare cases, a design may only be available in one format, and this will be clearly noted on the product page.
✨ Do your kits include special diamonds?
Many of our kits include special diamonds such as AB, Dust and other effect drills to add extra sparkle and detail. When included, this will be shown in the product details.
📦 When will I receive my order?
Ready to Ship items are dispatched from Portugal within 24 business hours.
Other diamond painting kits are usually shipped directly from our supplier in China and typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your location, customs and carrier processing.
Return policy
Our goal is for every customer to be happy with their order.
We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy after delivery, provided the item is unused, complete and in its original packaging.
For EU customers, you may also have a 14-day cooling-off right after receiving your order, where applicable by law.
Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect due to an error on our side.
For on-demand diamond paintings, cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been processed, submitted to production, prepared for shipment or shipped.
Custom-made, personalised or made-to-customer-specification products may not be eligible for cancellation or return where permitted by law.

Other Diamond Paintings:
Most other diamond painting kits are produced on demand and shipped directly from our supplier in China. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your location, customs and carrier processing.
3D-Printed Accessories:
For 3D-printed accessories, shipping time may vary depending on filament stock and production time. These items may take 1 to 2 weeks before dispatch.
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. For on-demand products, cancellations are only possible before production or fulfilment starts.
Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
