We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders where we reasonably believe there may be fraud, abuse, repeated refund behaviour, misuse of our policies, suspicious activity, payment issues, incorrect customer information, or behaviour that negatively affects our business.

You understand that your content, excluding payment information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmission over various networks or changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the website, service, products, content, branding, images or design without express written permission from AxeHouseCraft.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Section 3 — Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not always accurate, complete or current.

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

This site may contain historical information. Historical information is provided for reference only and may not be current.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information unless required by law.

Section 4 — Products, Colours and Images

We make every effort to display our products, images, colours and details as accurately as possible.

However, we cannot guarantee that your device, screen or monitor will display colours accurately. Product colours, details and final appearance may vary slightly from what appears on screen.

Some product images may be previews, renders, artwork previews or illustrative representations. Where applicable, the final product may slightly vary from the preview shown.

For diamond paintings, the final result may vary depending on size, drill type, image rendering, production method, lighting, colour conversion and display settings.

By purchasing from AxeHouseCraft, you acknowledge that minor variations in colour, detail, brightness, contrast, canvas rendering, drill shade or final visual effect are not considered defects.

Section 5 — Product Availability, Pricing and Changes

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit any product, collection, service, offer, promotion or content at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services we offer.

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping costs, promotions and estimated delivery times are subject to change at any time without notice.

Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not guarantee that the quality of any product, service, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your personal expectations, unless required by applicable law.

Section 6 — On-Demand Products and China Warehouse Orders

Most of our diamond paintings are produced on demand.

This means that when an order is placed, the item may not already be physically in stock. After the order is received and processed, it may be submitted to our supplier and enter production specifically for that customer.

Unless clearly marked as Ready to Ship, our diamond paintings are usually produced on demand and shipped directly from our supplier in China, referred to on our website as our China Warehouse.

By placing an order for an on-demand product, you acknowledge and accept that production, preparation and shipping time are required before dispatch.

On-demand products may require supplier processing, production preparation, quality checks, packaging and dispatch preparation before tracking information becomes available.

Section 7 — Ready to Ship Products

Products clearly marked as Ready to Ship are already in stock with AxeHouseCraft in Portugal and are shipped directly by us.

Ready to Ship products are handled separately from China Warehouse products and can usually be dispatched faster.

Ready to Ship products may have different shipping costs, delivery times and available shipping methods. These will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

If a product is not clearly marked as Ready to Ship, it should be considered an on-demand product and/or China Warehouse product unless stated otherwise.

Section 8 — Order Review, Changes and Cancellations

After payment confirmation, customers have a 24-hour order review window to request changes or cancellation.

During this 24-hour period, we may be able to cancel or modify the order without issue, provided the order has not already been dispatched, packed, submitted to production or confirmed with our supplier.

After this 24-hour window has passed, the order may be submitted to our supplier at any time.

Once an order has been confirmed with our supplier, entered production, prepared for dispatch or shipped, cancellations, refunds or changes are no longer guaranteed and may not be possible.

Section 9 — Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on product type, destination country, shipping method, supplier processing, customs procedures, carrier conditions and other external factors.

For China Warehouse orders, standard shipping is usually offered as Free Shipping. Where available, customers may select Fast Shipping at checkout. The cost and estimated delivery time for Fast Shipping will be displayed during checkout before payment.

The average total timeframe for most China Warehouse orders is usually between 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. However, in some cases, delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.

Ready to Ship products are shipped directly from Portugal and may have different shipping costs and delivery times.

A dispatch email with tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped and tracking becomes available.

Not receiving a dispatch email immediately after purchase does not mean the order has not been processed. On-demand products require production and preparation before dispatch.

Section 10 — Delays Beyond Our Control

AxeHouseCraft is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, production delays, customs checks, carrier delays, public holidays, strikes, adverse weather conditions, logistical disruptions, customs processing, local delivery issues, incorrect customer information or high-demand periods.

We will always do our best to assist customers and provide available tracking updates where possible.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless clearly stated otherwise.

Section 11 — Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, handling fees or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

AxeHouseCraft is not responsible for delays, additional costs, returned parcels or failed deliveries caused by customs processing, import restrictions or unpaid customs charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can be legally imported into their country.

Section 12 — Accuracy of Billing, Shipping and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, billing, shipping and account information for all purchases made through our store.

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address, email address, phone number and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

AxeHouseCraft is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated customer information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where the information provided appears inaccurate, incomplete, suspicious or fraudulent.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 13 — Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Eligible items may be returned within the applicable return period, provided they are unused, complete, in their original packaging and meet the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Some items may not be eligible for return, including custom-made, personalised, made-to-order, used, opened, final-sale or non-resellable items, unless required by applicable law.

For on-demand products, cancellations and refunds are not possible once the order has been submitted to our supplier and/or entered production.

Customers must contact us before sending any return. Items sent back without prior approval and return instructions will not be accepted.

Section 14 — Refused, Unclaimed or Returned Orders

If an order is refused, not collected, returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, failed delivery attempts, customer absence or lack of response from the customer, the order will not automatically qualify for a full refund.

In such cases, refund eligibility will be reviewed individually.

Shipping costs, return costs, supplier fees, production costs and any other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from any refund where applicable.

Section 15 — Promotions, Discounts and Rewards

Promotions, discount codes, automatic discounts, free shipping offers, rewards points and special offers may be subject to specific conditions, expiry dates and limitations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or refuse any promotion, discount or reward at any time if misuse, technical error, abuse or incorrect application is detected.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed unless we choose to do so at our discretion.

Rewards points, loyalty benefits or promotional credits have no cash value and may be subject to change, expiry or cancellation according to the rules of the rewards programme.

Section 16 — Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools, apps, platforms or integrations over which we have no control.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind.

Any use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

We may also offer new services, features, tools or resources through the website in the future. Such new features and services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Certain content, products and services available through our website may include materials from third parties.

Third-party links may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content, accuracy, policies or practices.

We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence, pay compensation for comments, or respond to comments.

You also agree that your comments will not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening or misleading material, or any virus or malware.

You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else, or mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit or remove content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, misleading, inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

Customers are expected to read product information, processing times, shipping estimates, cancellation terms and return conditions before placing an order.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered misuse of the service where the order is being processed according to the terms accepted at checkout.

We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, policy acceptance, correspondence and fulfilment evidence to payment providers, banks or dispute platforms when responding to chargebacks or claims.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, branding, product names, designs, page layouts, product descriptions, collection names and visual content, is the property of AxeHouseCraft or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.
